Outcome Of My Project..

The hopes I have by doing this project is for people to get inform of  the HIV virus that is affecting people all around the world. The HIV virus could affect EVERYONE no matter age, gender, etc. HIV virus does not care who is infected, the only that can prevent this is you & the best way of starting is to get informed of the outcomes  & everything that is going on with this problem. The outcome of my project is to let to know the world about HIV & the importance of this topic & that it can be prevented & treated only if you aware of this & if the world is too.

Spreading the awareness & educating people of the importance of HIV virus could save many lives by getting a treatment & also prevent others from getting the virus that only would led to an unhealthy life. I want everyone to know more deep into HIV & how it can be transmitted, treated, & most important prevented, because it is possible to prevent many people from getting the virus but the first thing that needs to be done is educate them about the topic HIV, because without education this is harder to be prevented. The most important thing that people with & without HIV need to know is that having the virus is NOT THE END OF THE WORLD! these can still be treated & prevented so I hope that the education & information that I'm providing could help many be aware of this virus.

4-11-11

HIV is a very interesting topic & there are many stuff to be learned & discovered but so far i have learned some of HIV facts & history. In the HIV history i have learned that HIV was primarily in chimpanzee &  how it got transmitted to humans. The HIV transferring from chimpanzee/monkey found in Guinea-Bissau, at some point in 1940's.
The HIV virus cannot be cure but it can be treated. Scientist began to believe that people with the virus were only expected to live on for a few years, however with the development of safe & effective drugs the virus can be treated, HIV positive people now have longer & healthier lives.

The HIV is a virus infects cells of the human immune system and destroys or impairs their function. Infection with this virus results in the progressive deterioration of the immune system, leading to 'immune deficiency'. Our immune systems are essential to protect us from developing infections and cancers. HIV virus also develops resistant to the drugs & multiplies itself with only it resistant components which it not the real virus. This became an major problem, due to the resistant of the drugs by the virus, However studies show that leaving the drugs for about 3months can result for the real virus to multiply & then attacking again the virus, till the virus starts to be resistant to the drugs again, & the same process would be repeated.

WHY HIV?

I chose HIV as my project, because I have always been interested in HIV & how it affects many peoples life & also how many babies are affected & could be getting affected by this virus. I got interested with this topic the sooner I started learning about the study of fossils of animals & humans & their ancestors. This studies take to the point where HIV was discovered along with the investigation of Charles Robert Darwin a naturalist. Since the time when Darwin find out about Natural Selection the scientist started to study animals & humans as well.

HIV has been one of the most devastating disease humankind has ever faced, This virus has been around for two decades since the begging in 1980's more than 60 million people has been infected with HIV. The first cases were reported in the U.S. in June of 1981, starting with Patient Zero, a gay flight attendant from Canada who became the first known AIDS case in USA. A antibiotic has not been discovered for the virus, for now scientist are still studying the virus, but this virus is strong enough to develop by itself & be strong enough to avoid the drugs. HIV since 1981 has been one of many major problem all around the world, many people has been getting infected because of  blood transfusions and organ transplants, injection drug use, from ab infected mother to her infant, but the most common one is unprotected sexual contact.
